HYMJC-300 Coal rods extruder

Working principle:

Coal rods extruder,applying screw extrusion principle, is a kind of equipment to compress the adjusted pulverized coal into a certain intensity of cylinder or plum flower shapes .

Coal rods extruder is the main equipment of fuel molding system, it make fuel squeeze into a certain intensity of coal rods (multiple shape according to the requirement), is new technology, used to replace coal gasification, into the furnace burn. It can make full use of pulverized coal, decreasing fuel costs.

The machine adopts variable pitch impeller, cylinder rear pulverized coal power forward, pulverized coal in barrel volume by compressed, through the front nose of round hole extrusion, formed coal rods, various round hole shapes, a variety of coal rods shapes. Coal rods are naturally broken in the procedure of forwarding by gravity.
